To help deliver these goals, we are looking to recruit for the
following positions:

PRODUCT MANAGER

This is a new role and you will be fully responsible for over 30
suppliers and 1500 products. Analysing and understanding our current
product and market position, your role will include negotiating with
suppliers, setting trade prices, monitoring slow moving stock, identifying
new product opportunity’s and working closely with our
replenishment department to ensure availability of all stock to our
customers.
Applicants should be of graduate calibre have a minimum of 3 years
experience. You must be a strong communicator and be computer
literate (especially Microsoft Excel).

APPLE MAC OPERATOR

You will be responsible for production of all company marketing
material including our trade catalogues, flyers, promotional material,
presenters and adverts. This will include the design and layout through
to the finished artwork and full production including liaison with
printers.
Applicants should ideally be of graduate calibre (in Graphic Design)
and have a thorough knowledge of Quark Express.
Experience in E-Mail / HTML design would also be an advantage.

CUSTOMER SERVICES / SALES SUPPORT STAFF

Providing first-line customer and sales support to our 1,200+ retail
customers, your key duties will include handling incoming calls and
orders, resolving queries, informing customers of any current special
offers and supporting our Field Sales Team with day to day
management of their accounts.
Applicants will need to have very good communication skills, be
accurate and organised and have a polite and confident telephone
manner.
